I build AI agents and systems for businesses
AI Engineer in Athens, co-founder of Liberators AI and founder of WEDOHYPE.

I'm Andreas Karavanas. At Liberators AI, as AI Transformation Lead, I work out where AI fits in a company, deploy it and get it running inside the company's day-to-day work. That is where all my client work lives. So far I have shipped 10+ AI systems.
I started building websites at 18. Over time, websites became ecommerce stores, ecommerce became growth systems, then automations, then software and AI. I also founded WEDOHYPE, a web agency that has worked with 150+ brands in Greece and abroad.
AI systems I have built
They run in shipping, pharma, hospitality and advertising, and I built them with my team at Liberators AI.
Liberators OS: AI agents for companies on 1 platform
In Liberators OS every company has its own AI agents, with its own material and only the permissions they need. On a hotel's website, the agent answers visitors around the clock in Greek and English, and every contact lands in the CRM.
Maritime knowledge system: answers from the fleet's own manuals
For Benefit Software, a maritime software company, I built a system where an engineer asks in Greek or English and gets the answer from the fleet's manuals. Every answer opens the page it came from, with the passage highlighted.
Campaign system: 5 AI agents for a creative agency
For Cambo, a creative agency, I built 5 agents that produce briefs, content calendars, copy and images from 1 chat in Greek. Everything they make is written straight into the agency's Google Drive, in the client's folder.
Patent evaluation for a pharmaceutical company: from 462 records to the 3 that matter
For a pharmaceutical company developing generics, I built a tool that reads public patent registries and tells you in 1 sentence which patents block a molecule and when they expire. It is open for anyone to try.
The choices behind the systems
I start where the work gets stuck. In shipping, finding the code for a cheap spare part can take 3 days, because the answer sits in a PDF hundreds of pages long that nobody can search. With the system, the engineer gets the answer on the bridge.
The output goes where the team already works. In Liberators OS the agent sits on the website the company already has. In the campaign system, every brief and calendar is written into the agency's Google Drive. In shipping, the fleet uploads the Excel list it already keeps and gets it back filled in.
The company changes the instructions itself. In Liberators OS a hotel's marketing manager writes in plain text what the agent tells guests: if a promotion ends on Sunday, the agent stops offering it on Sunday. In the campaign system, the agency changes each agent's instructions, model and tools without waiting for a developer.
Each agent gets only the permissions it needs. In Liberators OS, the agent that answers questions about opening hours has no access to the customer database. In the campaign system, each agent has its own tools and stays out of the others' jobs.

Questions about AI in business
What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is a program built on a language model, such as Claude or GPT, that does a job from start to finish: it answers a customer, searches documents or writes a brief. I give it instructions, the material it is allowed to read and specific tools. In the campaign system I built for Cambo, a creative agency, 1 agent hands the work out to 4 others.
What can AI do for a business?
It takes on work that repeats and eats up hours. In the systems I have built, it answers a hotel's website visitors around the clock, finds answers in a fleet's manuals, prepares briefs and content calendars for Cambo, a creative agency, and reads 462 patent records to keep the 3 that matter.
Where does an AI system get its answers?
From the sources I give it, which it searches before it answers (the technique is called retrieval-augmented generation, or RAG). In Liberators OS, the Liberators AI platform for AI agents, the sources are the company's price lists and policies. In the maritime system I built for Benefit Software, they are the fleet's manuals, and every answer opens the page it came from, with the passage highlighted. In the patent tool, they are public registries.
Is my company's data safe?
In Liberators OS, the Liberators AI platform, every company has its own workspace: its agents, documents and conversations stay there and never reach another client. The patent tool reads only public registries, so it never touches anything confidential.
Which tools and models do you use?
In Liberators OS, the Liberators AI platform for AI agents, I pick the model per agent: Claude or GPT-5.1. The campaign system for Cambo, a creative agency, runs on Claude, with MCP for the agents' tools (the standard that connects a model to other software) and Nano Banana Pro for images. In the maritime system, a vision model reads the scanned pages. The systems are built with Next.js, React, FastAPI and Python.
How do we get started?
Email me at [email protected] and tell me which job you want AI to do in your company. Email is the fastest way to reach me. I take on company projects through Liberators AI.
About Andreas
I am a founder and builder based in Athens.
I have spent the last decade starting businesses, building digital products, operating ecommerce and more recently deploying AI systems inside companies.
I am particularly interested in the point where technology stops being a demo and starts becoming part of how a company actually works.
More about meBuilding something interesting?
I am always interested in meeting founders, operators and people working on ambitious problems in software, AI and business.
